This policy explains what data VPNTF processes, why it is processed, and how users can manage it when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions and operating this website. Account, order, and website visit data serve different purposes, as described below.
Data Collection and Use
Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. VPNTF processes account identifiers, login credentials, and subscription status to identify accounts, provide the service, and display available benefits. Keep your login credentials secure. To update account details or resolve an account issue, first visit the user panel.
After an order is placed, its records are used to confirm payment, deliver the subscription, verify the transaction, and process refunds. Website analytics may include pages visited, visit times, and browser type. This information helps assess whether pages are working properly and improve their content. Website analytics are separate from browsing activity on international routes.
No-Logs Policy
VPNTF does not record which websites users visit through international routes, store browsing addresses or content, or maintain connection logs that can be traced back to an account. These connection logs have no retention period because the service does not keep historical connection records for later lookup.
When a route is connected, the system still needs to temporarily process the technical information required to establish the connection. This information is used for that connection and is not retained as a connection log. Subscription status, data allowances, and order details shown in an account are service delivery and billing records, not website visit records. The no-logs policy does not remove the obligation to process necessary account data to fulfill orders or meet applicable legal requirements.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to maintain login sessions, save language preferences, and support essential page functions. Login data helps identify the current session. After using a shared device, we recommend signing out and clearing saved website data from the browser as needed.
Browsers generally let you view, restrict, or clear cookies and local storage. After clearing them, a saved language preference may revert to its default, and you may need to log in again. Analytics related to page visits are used only for website operations and are not used to create a history of websites accessed through international routes.
Payment Data Processing
VPNTF accepts payments through Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment channels; refer to the information and rules shown on the payment page. VPNTF receives transaction results and order-related information needed to complete orders, confirm subscriptions, check payment status, and process refunds. Payment data is not used as a record of browsing on network routes.
Payment channels may process information required for payment under their own rules and policies. The service's order records are different from payment data retained by those channels. To check an order, submit a support ticket through the user panel and provide enough information to identify it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account and subscription data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order data is retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Once those purposes have ended, the data is deleted or anonymized as required. No single fixed period applies to all data, as account status, pending orders, and legal retention obligations may differ.
To access, correct, or request deletion of account-related data, log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket describing the data concerned. VPNTF will verify account ownership and let you know the outcome. Order data that must be retained by law may not be deleted as part of an account request. You can clear data stored locally by your browser in its settings.
Policy Updates
If service processes or data handling practices change, VPNTF will update this page and revise the last-updated date at the top. We recommend reviewing the current version before starting a subscription or submitting data. If an update makes a significant change to data use or user rights, the service will provide relevant details through the website or user panel.
This policy describes data handling and does not replace the subscription and refund terms in the Terms of Service. If you have questions about account data, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Do not include login credentials or complete payment details on public pages.
